Spring Restaurant Event「Nadaman Spring Special menu created by Nadaman Executive chef Tetsuya Kamimura」
 
Nadaman Executive Chef Tetsuya Kamimura will be presenting special spring dishes which incorporating traditional Nadaman cuisine starting from March 1st for two months at Nadaman restaurants. Additionally, these special dishes will be included in the regular course menu at some restaurants, offering a limited-time course lineup for this season. Sake sommelier selects Japanese sake considering the compatibility with the dishes. Please enjoy the harmony of special dishes and Japanese sake at Nadaman restaurants.
