Hakone Nadaman Garden is the first restaurant in a resort area. While viewing the magnificent sight of Lake Ashinoko from the restaurant that retains the original design of late Togo Murano, a master architect, this is the place to savor full-fledged Japanese cuisine mainly prepared from local ingredients, as well as other Japanese dishes fusing tradition with modernity.
