We introduce to provide the tradition of various authentic Japanese cuisine, includes Sushi and Teppanyaki that offer you great experiences.
You will find the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere where you can’t imagine that you are actually in the middle of big city Shinjuku. You will also enjoy the view of Shinjuku Chuo Park which has a full of nature of changing seasons.
We have 5 of small and large private rooms that we recommend for festive occasion and business entertainment.
We would like to welcome you with the warm-hearted ‘Omotenashi’ spirit and our proudly well-maintained traditional skills of a long-standing restaurant ‘Nadaman’ established in 1830.

With my experience of overseas and maintaining Nadaman's historical tradition , I would like to create the new style of Japanese cuisine.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture

After joining Nagoya Nadaman, he was assigned to Island Shangri-La in Hong kong, Tokyo Nadaman, and assigned to be a head chef of Shangri-La Tokyo. He is assigned to be a head chef of a new restaurant Shinjyuku Nadaman opening in 2021.

I will strive to provide memorable dishes with sincerity that make our customers say they enjoyed and want to come back to our restaurant again.
